Harvey serves as a lead trainer and class developer for PTS. He has extensive experience in project management and electrical supervision. Prior to PTS, Harvey worked for ZPMC supervising the dismantling, offloading, erecting, and raising of numerous STS Cranes. He worked for East Coast Cranes as a Foreman/Project Manager overseeing a multitude of projects including the erection of 10 automated stacking cranes at the London Gateway facility in Essex UK and the complete electrical upgrade for low profile cranes for the Port of Miami. As a journeyman for Rigging International, Harvey designed ground control stations for 300t Amclyde for Bath Iron Works. He worked for the United States Navy as a Nuclear Qualified Electricians Mate and served aboard the USS Alabama.
Harvey attended US Navy Technical Training Schools and is a member of MENSA.
